We've learned Emmy Rossum's husband has filed for divorce from the "Dragonball" actress -- less than two years after they secretly wed.
Justin Siegel filed the divorce docs on Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. According to the docs, the couple was married in February of 2008.
The docs show Justin wants the court to make Emmy pay for the cost of the divorce -- and he wants spousal support.
They have no children together.

While Justin Siegel and Emmy Rossum never announced that they have got married, the two have been said to get divorced. According to TMZ, the music mogul has filed the divorce petition on Friday, September 25 at Los Angeles County Superior Court, following the separation in August.
According to the divorce papers, Justin cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation. Moreover, the documents, which mentioned that the pair was married on February 17, 2008, also showed the musician wanted the court to make Emmy to pay for the cost of the divorce. TMZ additionally reported that he requested for spousal support from the "Dragonball Evolution" star.
Rumor of Emmy Rossum and Justin Siegel secretly tying the knot was first emerged in August after the two decided to call off their romance. At that time, sources told Perez Hilton that they exchanged wedding vows two years ago, but they kept their marriage a secret. "Emmy and Justin decided to keep that part of their relationship a secret and out of the media spotlight," a source close to the pair said. "They wanted to keep it private in order to prevent their marriage from coming under scrutiny."

I don't want to celebrate somebodies pain, its her personal thing and her life, I only know that I hate her cause she was a part of something that I hate SOOO MUCH, although I have no right to blame her for that personally and will never blame her FOR THAT...BUT! I do have right to blame her for being a huge liar to all of us.

HAHAHA!!! Serves you right, Rascacolas! Her husband was probably a fan of Dragonball. I also find it funny how they only mention her being in DBE. Either way, at least one of the people responsible for DBE had a bad thing happen to them.

^she was late to the show ningen. emmy rossum isnt really *famous*. plus VK didnt join because she likes DB (dont kno if she does or doesnt, but from he lack of input in certain conversations about it i'd say shes indifferent), she joined because shes friends with JR.
and about rossum getting a divorce, im just glad it was her husband that filed for it and not her, cuz then she would've gotten what she wanted. plus shes young, and a bad actress, she has plenty of time to get her shit together. and yes i do blame her in part for the abomination that is DBE, she didnt have to take that role, or bullshit all the fans and not-so-fans of DB. so screw her, i really dont care
