New shitty Dragonball LAM scan

I've been working out consistently for 5 years and even I don't have that vein popping out of my arm. I think it's because you have to not only work out a lot, but you have get your body fat percentage VERY low. Like 5% or something. In reality, that's only something you see from 'roid-freak bodybuilders when they temporarily drop their excess fat for the competitions.

Exactly, you have to be strong AND defined, not only strong to look like that...

And for the definition you have 2 options, either to use steroids, or to eat healthy food and to avoid food with lots of cholesterol
This second option I basically do whole my life, but I don't work so the only thing that keeps me somewhat in condition is my kick-boxing bag(with the DB LAM poster on it ) and my nervous nature that keeps me in tension both psychically and physically even when I sleep...

So all in all its unreal to be defined just on one small region and on all other regions to be pretty undefined...
