Here's what you do. Read World Description, the go to character factory and make your own. Follow the templet. There's nothing to it. You'll have to wait though for me to get a chance to introduce you. BUT PLEASE JOIN!!!

Don't worry, this one doesn't move as fast. See, you also should read the general rules. In this RP, you need to make the dice roll (you know how to do that right? If not, I'll teach ya), and then, I take the results, make the best I can based on character statistic and equipment and stuff, and post the result of the roll. So, it never moves to fast because all players need to wait for me to measure their results.

What races can we use, what's the plot?

What was going on when it ended?

Okay. Here's the basics.

This world is called Sarma, and it's located in a Galaxy called Kupusara. The world is devided into four continents:

Grimour to the South
Cinnibar to the West
Lawful to the East
Marrow Land to the North

So far, there are 4 MAIN races. of course, inside each race there are sub races. You can make your own race, and even aliens, but don't make it too hard on me. Try to make characters that already belong to the exiting races, even if it's sub race. I think the know ones so far are:

Saiyan

Magical being
*sub race- Undead

Elf
*sub race-Dark Elf
*sub race-White Elf

Human
*sub race-Humes
*sub race-Galkas

Of course, you can be a normal Elf, or normal human. I'm a normal human and so is Jessie for example

Each race get a different bonus on a certain stat. The # is your level number

Saiyan are strong physically giving them the ability to fight with bear hands even against weapons. In addition, they can manipulate their inner energies into a form of attack, and can easily master martial arts.

Elf are vigilant and masters of range weapon and great with daggers,
+Lv# Agility
+Lv# Dexterity

Human are highly intelligent race, which give them great capability for mastering different techniques, and skills
+Lv# Socialism
+Lv# Willpower

Magical Being are master in magic, and normal have an affinity to certain types of spells (elemental, materialization, healing, etc)
+Lv#*2 Willpower (Example, At level 2, you get 2*2= +4 in Willpower)


The story I can't say here. Read THE LAST POST of the actual RP topic (this one - http://db-lam-protest.forumotion.com/roleplay-f8/game1-location1-passive-timeline-t90.htm -) and ONLY THE LAST. It's a post by me and it's in blue color. It'll give you a summary of what's been happening.

Finally, after you know the main plot, the world background and chose a race, you can post your character in the character factory. Follow the templet in the first post (posted by DTX) and you have yourself a character

As for the stats, you get a total of 10 to divide as yous see fit. As you move forward, you'll level up and get +4 stats per level. You can chose how to divide half of it, and I'll do the other.
You can also gain stats by buying stuff and through special shit that goes down. Example: me, Ningen, Iceman and Tlaloc were involved in some shit that gave us earth armors and a stat boost. I'll try to help the new guys so they aren't so weak.

That's the basics I suppose. As for actual fighting, well, that another thing. It involves the dice roll. If you want to join, I'll explain that as well

First skill 1-5 skill level (its unlocked from the start and all players starts with skill level 1)
Second skill 1-5 mastery level (its unlocked when player reach the overal level 5)
Third skill 1-5 mastery level (its unlocked when player reach the overal level 10)
Fourth skill 1-10 mastery level (its unlocked when player reach the overal level 15)

Characters story:
My character named X is born at X2 and he was originally the X race but X adopted him, he was pretty skillful and precise for his age, and he decided to train archery with his X and was growing to be pretty good archer... One day he went at X and so on, and on, and on, and on...
(This is just an example, so its your choice how you will write the story of your character, if you want to write much at all...)

Here you should post the image of your character if you want to draw it or such, its not strictly reqired of course, just in case you want, then feel free and draw it, make it in 3D whatever

How do stats work again?

you have a total of 10 to start with. Chose where to place them. Example:

Strength: 1
Speed: 3
Agility: 2
Dexterity: 1
Willpower: 2
Socialism: 1

As you can see, if you add everything, it totals 10. Of course, you can divide it different. Don't forget to take into account your races bonus.

Can I make a character like Jesse or Franklin?

A character who has a strong ability, but cannot control it well. Basically strong and is always being targeted?

Your story is yours to chose of course

I'll try to adapt it to the in universe as best I can

Also, don't forget, this functions as a classical RPG system. You can't do EPIC amazing shit right off the bat. You need to up your levels to do so.

Also, you can chose up to 4 skills, and you unlock each as you advance.

1st one is the starter skill
2nd is unlocked at level 5
3rd at level 10
4th at level 15

If the RP goes well, then we can add more skills as we go along, each gained with a 5 level difference.

Read what part? If it's the RP, don't bother. I've already said this more than once...there's a post that sums up everything. Just look for the last post and you'll get the plot up to the point it stopped

Sylar can either be a human that's learned magic, and studied it so has to copy other's magic.

Or, he could be a magical being with the power to just copy all magic he witnesses.

The killing part could be for the heck of it. Sylar has no motives now a days anyway.

Hmm.. I see what your saying, this sounds cool. Also Sylar has plans he wants to kill all the other evolved humans and become basically invincible.

He'll just copy all the magic/ect he see's and basically understands it. He wants to kill so only he has the magic so kinda like Rando.

I'll start him with his current power-set. It's not too much.

Well, remember, this is like a basic RPG

You start off at level 1, weak as fuck, and grow stronger.

Here's something I came up with just very quickly

Basic skill: Sylar can copy any magic attack he sees, but can only keep one at a time
2º skill (unlocked at level 10): Sylar can use more then one skill, but still only near the original user
3º Skill (unlocked at level 15): Sylar can copy one skill at a time, but can call upon any skill he's seen
4º Skill (unlocked at level 20) Sylar can copy more then one skill at a time, and use any skill he can remember
