I made a thread to keep characters and put there info in. The first page of the heroes uprising part 2 thread is full.


Lol1991's characters:

Filipe(myself):
Cryokinesis. He can manipulate the kinetic energy in atoms and cause objects to freeze. He can create ice from air by freezing the water molecules. He can create ice projectiles, ice shields, and other constructs. He can fire thin beams of ice to fully freeze the target
He also has a skill called organic ice, where he an turn his very body into ice. The workings of this skill are yet to be determined, but it is know that he can manipulate his own body, increasing his size, and shifting from solid, to vapor to liquid form. The last capabilities put strain on his body, although he seems to has overcome the weakness.

Yamairo:
Space-Time Manipulation. He can slow time down until it appears to be stopped and travel back or forward in time. He can teleport himself and others to anywhere on the planet. He can teleport things to other locations without actually teleporting himself. He can completely freeze time, but this tires him out quickly, and turns off his powers momentarily due to the strain.

Anna:
Induced Explosions. Consists of turning the potential energy of matter into kinetic energy. This causes the object to explode. She can do it to anything, even humans, and the explosion depends on the objects size. She can charge the ground to create large craters. She can also alter the energies in her body to give her increased strength. She is capable of charging an object without touching it.

William:
Biological Manipulation. He can control all aspects of an individuals biology, human or otherwise. He can manipulate things down to the molecular and genetic level. He can induce tumors, heal any wound, and even turn people "off" and "on" by controlling their nervous system. He also controls single body-parts and can cause things like heart attacks, or lung collapse. He can create an armor from the carbon in his body, changing it's structure to that of a diamond.

Holst:
Precognition. He can uses his painting skills to paint future or past events. He can control the visions and use them to his liking, but he sometimes gets visions he can't control.

Fawkes:
Invisibility. He can become invisible at will. He can still interact with the surrounding or be heard. It only affects the visual sense

Isabel:
Weather Manipulation. She can control all aspects of the nearby atmosphere. She can aim thunderbolts directed at a specific location, create blizzards or rain storms, and conjure winds and cyclones. She can float by manipulating the wind around her.

Hank(deceased):
Clairvoyance. He could locate anyone by merely thinking about their image.

Harry:
Light Manipulation. He has been shown capable of manipulating pure light. He can use the light to fire blasts, both consussive or capable of burning the target, creating a shield that burns anything inside, and create light constructs.. He has been shown capable of becoming invisible by manipulating photons, showing an atomic degree of control.

James:
Telepathy. He can control all aspects of the mind. He can read minds, scan memories, create elaborate visions, which he can keep even when not present, and send suggestive orders into other peoples brains to control their actions. He can also sense and block out intrusive mind skills.

Erica (deceased).
Shape Shifting. She can change her appearance into any person she has meet.

Stewart.
Intuitive Aptitude. He can instinctively understand and manipulate the workings of any complex system. He seems to use this to analyze situations, rather than take powers(unlike Zulan), but has acquired at least three other powers by studding other evolved human's brains.

Gary.
Terrakinesis. The ability to control geological elements, such as dirt, sand or rocks. He can flip over ground, and restore damage to the terrain. He can also control lava and magma since it is basically melted rock. He can't create the magma, because he is unable to generate heat, so he needs a preexisting source

Alisa
Ability Supercharger. She can augment any evolved human's powers, allowing for greater effects or more precise effects.

Aaron
He has no powers.

Aaron possess the Iron man armor, created by his ancestor Anthony Stark, the original Iron man. It functions by solar power, or by relying on energy from the core he carries in his chest. It grants him several abilities, such has
-Enhanced Strength
-Enhanced durability
-Enhance Speed and reflexes.
-Self Propelled Flight. He uses special propulsion boots to fly at speeds exceeding mach 8.
-Repulsors. A special device in the palm of the armor, that allows him to fire concussive blasts
-Missiles. He seems to incorporate missiles in each of the arm. They can only be used once per fight though, as they need to be recharged after.



Samuel.(Deceased)
Power Absorption. He can absorb the powers of other evolved humans by touch. The victims lose their powers entirely. Power's he has absorbed include:

Self Propelled Flight. He can fly at supersonic speeds( meaning he can break the sound barrier). He can fly for a good amount of time, but can't go up to very high altitude or the will start to feel the adverse affects. He also has a high degree of control, meaning he can dodge and move very well in the air. His eyes can wistand high speed winds and he possesses a special membrane in his respiratory system enabling him to extract oxygen from the air at high velocities or altitudes.


Ledge:
Rapid Cellular Regeneration: He can spontaneously regenerate any tissue in his body. His only weak spot is to be stabbed in the back of the spine, stopping the ability itself. His blood is capable of healing anything injury or sickness and capable of resurrecting the dead, provided them haven't been dead for too long

Dave:
Teleportation. He can teleport anywhere on the planet and bring others with him. He can uses this offensively, or just to immobilize someone by dropping them somewhere else.

Zulan:
Intuitive Aptitude. He can instinctively understand and manipulate the workings of a complex system. He uses this skill to analyze his victims brains and steal their powers. Because of the skill, he also shows a much better level of control. Powers he had gained include.
-Telekinesis
-Liquification. Power to liquify any object.
-Cryokinesis
-Shattering. He can shatter solid objects by pointing his finger. He recently learned to shatter even bones.
-Telepathy.
-Clairvoyance.
-Rapid Cellular Regeneration.

-Shape Shifting
-Omni-linguism. He can speak any learn any language almost immediately after coming into contact with it.

Ben (deceased):
Induced Radioactivity. He could emit radiation of different spectrum (gamma rays, microwaves, etc), molding it into concussive or burning blasts, and bright flashes to blind people. His powers can potential match the destruction of a nuclear bomb. He could also emit EMP bursts to disable nearby electronic devices.

The German:
Brain Manipulation. The German can manipulate the brain, either to suppress the powers of other evolved humans or to erase certain memories from the person. He can suppress people with multiple powers, but his puts strain on his body

Strade:
Power Restoration : He can take away or return the powers of other evolved humans. He does it by controlling the brain areas that manifest the powers and turning them "off" or "on".

Benjamin:
Super Strength. He has enhanced strength. He can break down walls, shatter bones as well as rip people apart.

Velon:
Magnetic Manipulation. He can manipulate magnetic fields and control any object affected by said fields. For attack, he can move metallic objects, from spoons to cars. He can use it at the atomic level to manipulate the iron in an individuals body. As for movement and defense, he can create magnetic fields to repulse matter, forming a sort of shield and manipulate the Earth's magnetic field to fly.


Dimitri:
Technopathy. He can control electronic devices with his mind. He can shut down electronic systems and control vehicles with his thoughts alone.

Wave:
Sound Manipulation. He can control sound waves. He uses them to create blasts of concussive property, even disintegrating soft tissue. He can control the frequency of the sound waves he emits. He turns into pure sound which makes him invisible and capable of moving at the speed of sound.

Ray(Deceased):
Matter Manipulation. He can manipulate the matter of individuals, surroundings., or even his own. He is capable of altering his body state and turn to various different substances.

Rail:
Phasing. He is capable of phasing his body to walking through solid objects. He can phase only individual parts of his body.

Blot (Deceased):
Electrical Manipulation. He can generate and manipulate electricity to create blasts for attacks and can turn himself or others into electricity and travel across anything that gives out electrical signals. When in this form, he can control his size and travel at the speed of light

Riya:
Atmosphere Manipulation. She has a very advanced form of atmosphere control, that consist of creating a separate atmosphere, rather than manipulating the existing one. She can control the created atmosphere's size, as well as it's aspects.

Alex:
Hulk Transformation: When angry or in danger he is able to transform into an incredible large green muscular being with superhuman strength and invulnerability. He continues to get stronger the longer he remains as Hulk and looses all control. He can clap his hands together to release destructive sonic waves.



Kathy:
Size Alteration. She can change her size and the size of others by thinking about it or by physical contact. She can choose the size she wants something to be whether it be doll size, or gigantic. When she shrinks an evolved human, their powers become weaker. When she increases the size of someone their strength and durability increase to superhuman levels

Ezekiel:
Malleable Physiology. His body is a mixture of liquids and solids allowing him Shape-Shifting, Malleability, Plasticity and Elongation. He is also invulnerable to all but the strongest attacks, even attacks on the mind. He can regenerate from almost anything. He finally has Ultrasonic detection as his body starts to "ripple" when an ultrasonic frequency is activated.


Kano:
Pryokinesis. He can create and manipulate fire, using it to launch fire balls, and surround himself with fire, using it to propel himself and fly.
Cryokinesis(gained from experiments). He can lower the kinetic energy in atoms to freeze things, as well as create ice by freezing the nearby water molecules. He can the skill to create ice projectiles, ice blasts. He can also turn to organic ice.

He has control of the ancient and indestructible hammer Mjolnir, which has given him the powers of Thor. He can fly, has superhuman strength, durability and stamina as well as enhanced speed, senses and reflexes. He also possesses very high longevity and a healing factor. He can call upon the powers of the thunder God allowing magical weather manipulation. He can create portals with his hammer to teleport himself or others.


Sancho:
Instant Death. He has the power to instantly kill anyone if has their name and face by writing their first and last name on a piece of paper. He can choose the method of death and the basic method is a heart-attack. He can also discover a persons name by simply looking at them.

Keeth
Evolved human Detection. A type of clairvoyance directed exclusively at evolved humans. He can locate and track down any evolved human on the planet by simply thinking of them.

Micheal:
He has no powers. He his, however, a trained cop and capable strategist. He runs the police department Milo works at. He is skilled in armed and unarmed combat.

Justin's Characters:

Sandra
Telekinesis. She can move objects with her mind. She can move multiple objects at a time, move flames or liquids, and pinpoint the telekinetic force to use as a "knife"
Telepathy. She has gained this skill through unknown means. She has only developed the mind control aspect of the ability

Troy
Pyrokinesis. He is able to generate and manipulate fire to send out bursts and jets of flames. He can uses a fire dome attack, where he engulfs the entire area in flames to burn anything around him. He can surround his body in flame and use fire to propel himself through the air.

Frank:
Bone Growth and Manipulation. He can grow and manipulate bones for either attack or defense. He uses this skill to create claws for attack, bone armor or spikes for defense, etc.

He also possesses a healing factor that allows him to heal the wounds created by the sprouting bones.

Abigail.
Vectors. Abigail has what is know as vectors, invisible extensions that can be used for either defense or offense. She can use them directly for attack, or simply use nearby objects as projectiles. Her vectors are unaffected by Yamairo's powers, suggesting their invisibility is due to them being on a different plane of existence, hence being immune to time manipulating effects. However, when they attack, they seem to gain a physical, albeit invisible form.

Katy:
Hydrokinesis. She can manipulate preexisting water with her mind, and his capable of moving large quantities without much effort. She can also harness the moister in the atmosphere to fire a water jet that packs extreme force, but leaves her drained.

Joe
Gravitational Manipulation. He can create wormholes, or portals, to absorb attacks and send them back at the opponent, or to send the opponent himself to another area. He can uses these portals to move similar to instant teleportation. It is unknown what would happen if he didn't create a portal to serve as exit.

Jason:
Shape Shifting. He can change his appearance into any person he has meet. He can also alter positions of major organs. He's also gained enhanced strength from the incomplete power formula

Shawkun:
Soul Absorption. Soul Absorption. He can take the souls of others, leaving them in a coma like state, but alive. When he takes the souls of evolved humans, he takes their powers as well. He can return souls to theirs bodies, if the later remains unharmed. He can also give souls, and as a consequence, abilities, to other people other than himself, or the original possessor of the skill. When souls are trapped they are being tortured and in a state similar to hell. He can allow those trapped to speak to others not trapped, Powers he has stolen include:
-Brain Manipulation (from the German)
-Teleportation (unknown source)

Shin.
Splitting. His original ability, he is capable of splitting into different bodies, that retain consciousness and act independently. However, his original strength is divided among the bodies.


Jessie's Characters:

Jessie(herself):
Darkness Manipulation. She can control pure darkness, and use it to create concussive blasts and constructs, such as shield or hands. She can also summon shadow demons of various shapes and sizes.


Sephi's characters

Bota.
Empathy. He can sense and control other peoples emotions .His power as allowed him control an army composed of a bunch of crazy Serbs, with guns, kalashnikovs and bazookas. He can also manipulate women fairly easily. He tends to use a killing smile, strong enough to kill someone of his mental strength or weaker. He can also use the empathy to detect lies.

I don't see how Ezekiel is imortal. He's made of rubber basically, so saying he is invulnerable is a long shot at best. Cutting objects can still harm him, and rubber can be frozen. Plus the invulnerability to mind control and others things is also off. How the fuck does he manage that?!

Dude calm down! I didn't base him of off people you know I based him off of Plastic Man. He is not like Luffy with elasticy he has Malleable Physiology. He is neither solid nor liquid he;s a mixture of both. His body has some properties of rubber so he's immune to liquid. He immortal because he does not age.

He's nothing close to being made of rubber he's not luffy. Cutting objects CAN'T hurt him he's liquid-solid so they could try he's immune to physical force and bladed weapons would not harm him. As for benig frozen he's not rubber and being liquid-soldid and stuff he's immune stop this argument Ezekiel's powers won't change.

It's essentially the same really.

And if he's not rubber, he isn't immune to lightning. Infact, being made of something liquid like makes it worse.

And you didn't explain the immortal part and the immune to mind attacks

Why doesn't he age?

He's not liquid or solid. He's a mixture of both and if he's rubber he can't do what he does. He has complete control over his entire molecular structure not rubber powers only. He's not based off of somone you know why argue?

Malleable physoilogy is much different from luffy's rubber powers. He is immune to lighitng still and basically anything. He is immune to concussive or blunt force, lightning, punctures try and stab him you'll just be pushing his skin back it won't puncture. He can regernate from anything and is is only weak to extreme temperature changes

No reason to explain he's immortal cause he dosen't age he's not liquid nor solid so he always remain a young adult and he's immune to telepathy since he is not liquid nor solid and neither is his mind. He dosen't age because he's not completly solid.

Dude, I'm the one that decides how the powers are written. All I'm trying to di is understand how is powers works so I can write it down.

Oh yeah, and you are majorely redundant. You mention the temperature thing...twice...

What do you mean? I thought you were doing that help me and you can edit. I've explained he's a semi liquid/solid being and has powers strong ones. The Temperature thing is different once I'm stating what he can stand and that he can regernate from.

Leave it invulnerable to all but the strongest attacks. It sounds better. I'm sure if he gets...turned into a candy bar by Ray for example, he wont be coming back.

Oh okay just so he dosen't seem invunerable. Well he technically is invunerable to everything he can't be killed and well yeah if he's eating. Ray is proboably the only one that can kill him proboably.

and Milo for obvious reasons. And Samuel. And I can freeze and then shatter is ass. Yama and Dave can teleport him into a place where he can't do anything. William can screw up is insides, he's still biological...and that's about it.

Well yeah Milo can beat Ezekiel. Filipe would get owned by Ezekial bad. Ezekial can be frozen true but shatter him and he'll just regernate. There's nowhere Yama and Dave can teleport him that he can be hurt. He's invunerable to everything but temperature changes. William can't screw up his insides there a shape-shifter and he's semi liquid/solid there screwed up already. Extreme temperature changes can only stop him temporarily. Only Milo, Ray, and Samuel can beat him. They can't hurt him milo and ray have matter and Samuel can take his powers.

His he still biological? If he is, then I can guaran-damn-ty William can hurt him. Catch him is different business. There's a reason I made him so weak in hand to hand.

The German can suppress his powers.

I'd just keep freezing him. We work on a principle that powers burn out if used in excess. While freezing Ezekiel takes me no effort, him regenerating takes much more effort.

And what if Yamairo drops him in a fucking active volcano. Better yet, at the sea floor where the pressure can just stop hi movements, or even let's say trap in the a metal sealed vacuum box buried several feet underground?

Ezekial is ment be powerful I need to be able to fight with good guys. Ezekial isn't fully biological and he can alter his organs and stuff to things William dosen't know about. He's not fully biological actually not at all being a liquid/solid thing William's biological powers can't affect him. Also you forget something Ezekiel is immune to pain.

He's invunerable to everything except temperature changes which slow him down. There are obviously certain ways to beat him but no way to hurt him. Milo and Ray can turn him into something else food, Samuel can take his powers, and German can supress them. When did we make this stuff up dude?

Powers don't"burn out" if you overuse them. You can get tired but that makes no sense. Ezekiel regernation is not RCR it's Buu's automatic regeneration. If dropped in a volcano he'll say it's warm and climb out. Pressure stop his movements Hahaha. He can escape and he can gain super strength break out slip out by becoming flat. He can increase the size of his brain to gain a super IQ to build sci fi weapons and stuff.
