((OOC!: Hello everyone we have gone past 50 pages in this rp due to the fact I don't want this topic ruined. I am going to make a second topic now. Heroes Uprising Part 2. I enjoy rereading the stuff we rp and it's good memories so I rather not have this deleted. Anyway continue on.)

Rules
Regular RP rules
1:* Use these when you perform an action however if you have a long fight you can do something similar to Justin's fanfics and post paragrpah style. Such as my fight with Milo and Zulan check that out for help.

2. You can have as many characters as you want whether it be 1 or 100. I won't rp 100 people of course and you shouldn't either.

3. This is a powers rp and I want people to have different powers. There are millions of different powers and various ways they can work. For example some one can control flame that already exists and some others can have complete control over flame. If somone has the same ability there must be differences and things like that.

4.This is a fast moving rp don't forget to ask for recaps and invite people to the rp.

5: You may get stronger but do not get stronger too fast. If you join later you will be weaker than others but your character can train and get stronger with their powers.

6. You can die in this rp permission is not needed to kill someone please don't find impossible ways to avoid death. If you can fly and you face someone who can control matter and it's a death match the results should be obvious.

7. We need regular humans as well as super powered humans.

8. This is a semi realstic superhero rp so people shouldn't be in costumes fighting crime.

Troy: Yama what's the call, do we let this guy go?

Zulan:*Heads towards the door* Bye

(Milo can't absorb the powers of an unconscious person. He needs to be around the person when they are awake and manifesting their power)

Zulan: *Sighs* My powers are severly weakeneed and my powers are useless. I want to go home I've killed "SOME people.

Troy: If your going to return to a crime life, take it from me, they won't allow that.

(you based Empathic Mimicry on Heroes, and in Heroes, the person needs to be awake. But whatever)

Yamairo: I don't care about the numbers. You're staying!

Troy: So what's our next move from here? We can get around German and take the others. Though the boss won't be easy.
Katy: Plus Joe won't stop chasing me until one of us are dead, I know he won't.

(No,actually I didn't you did in the profiles. The power I want is similar to Smallville Rudy Jones he can mimic the powers OR skills of others. This means he can mimic an athlete's skills but right know only powers later he can mimic memories or things. )

Zulan: Why? Do you care if a stay how are planning my death? You? Former arsonist they reformed you and you idiots I'm a hero and you guys are the villians you wouldn't understand your the villians.
Milo:Wha..Wha WHAT???
Dave: We can't the Boss is deadly and the others we can't get around.
Milo: Yes one of them can control matter do you know what that is?

Yamairo: You forget, other than you and Zulan, they all share one common fault...they can't beat me. So, we can either stay here and wait for them to continue and finish the drug, or we can all attack at the same time and brong them down

Anna: I'm with him!

Troy: I'm up for it.

Abigail/Sandra/Katy: *nods in agreement.*

Zulan:*sighs* No you morons Yamairo you think your a unstoppable but you forget space-time is not the strongest. See There are Four Powers called the God Powers. Space/Time/Energy/Matter. Your fools Matter and Energy? For example Comics. Milo your a comic fan
Milo:Yeah that's how I owned you
Zulan:Correct he knows of various powers and abilties and therefore is better with usage well I'm a brutal killer

Zulan: There team is strong and can defeat most of us despite space and time powers Yamairo you fail to see that when fighting these type of foes you can only style. I was at the one where evolved humans are kept if we free their evolved humans they will go to their main base and I can locate them.
Milo: Your powers are nerfed
Zulan: You have to help me get them back or the drug will be completed and we will all loose our powers and the telepathic effects Milo put on the police will were-off and many of you will be arrested some getting the death penalty.
Milo: He's right.....

Yamairo: I hardly see how they can do anything if they are frozen. Besides, the only things that can move with my powers active are speedsters, light, and Abigail's vectors. If I freeze that Ray guy before he turns...he's a good as dead. Simple. And besides, Milo can handle him if not.

Troy: Kathy is down, so no worry about getting shrinking either. Ray is it, the one controlling matter, the boss, and German seems to be the 3 to focus on. They fall and it's over.

Zulan: Fine you idiots believe in your space-time powers believe in them your not unstoppable Yamairo you'll learn that the hard way. They have powers when you see them you'll be shocked. Milo beat Ray that's why he's alive I don't know why I'm helping you it's proboably because my mom told me to help those who help others.
Milo: She sounds nice
Zulan: She was till you people ruined my life.
