DBLAM Protest board at Christmas!

Yes yes, I know I've got that cosplay one to finish, but here's another mini story to hold you off until it arrives! (I'll fix spelling errors and stuff tomorrow!)

It was Christmas time and all throughout Vegeta DTX’s house, not a creature was stirring... well... except the members of the board that is!

Vegeta was busy being the host with the most, cooking various snacks and stuff for his massive buffet. Jessie was sharpening her knives ready for cutting the big ass turkey Vegeta had bought. Lol 1991 was relaxing in the living room whilst watching Die Hard. Venus was in one of the bedrooms, dancing along to a tap dancing video. Anime Goku was on the phone, trying to change his name and little Nikku was running all around the place, looking for the hidden presents!

Anime Goku – Dr. Spock’s taken? Alright, hows about Dr. Manhattan? What? Whaddaya mean “why do you want a Dr. in your name”!? Because it sounds cool you ponce!
Lol – Heh... It’s Christmas Eve Anime, why don’t you put this name changing business off until at least next year?
Anime – Eeeeigh... I guess you’re right.

He spoke into the phone again.

Anime – Alright ass wipe, I’m gonna leave you now, but just so ya know, I’ll be back to try and hopefully change my name again in the new year! What? Uh-Huh. Yup. Yeah. I can stick my other names where? OH YEAH!? WELL MERRY F***ING CHRISTMAS TO YOU TOO!!!

He slammed the phone down.

Anime – Charming man...

Just then, Jessie entered the living room with her newly sharpened Osaka knives that she’d been sprucing up in the hallway.

Jessie – Hello you two, what’re ya doing?
Lol – Well, I’m watching John McLain own the shit out of angry German terrorists and Mr. Scrooge over there is still trying to change his name.

However, Lol looked over at Jessie, only to find that she was reading an anime magazine and had not been paying attention.

Lol – Yup, some people never change!

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Vegeta DTX was checking on the turkey that was already cooking in the oven.

Vegeta – Hello there bird! You’ve been cooking for 42 hours now. Just another 20 hours to go and you’ll be done! He began placing even more food onto a huge table. Lots of different food could be seen. Vegeta looked around sneakily.

Vegeta – Hehehe! Before I yell “Dinners on”, I’ll help myself to a... HEY!!

He saw a hand from underneath the table picking up various plates of food. Lifting up the table cloth, he discovered that it was Venus who was happily nibbling on various food stuffs!

Vegeta – Venus! Enjoying the meal are we?
Venus – Yup yup! Me likey!
Vegeta – Good! Okay, DINNER’S ON GUYS!!!

Within seconds, everyone was in the kitchen, placing all sorts of nice snacks onto a plate. Once done, Lol and Anime went back into the living room. Jessie looked around.

Jessie – Hey Veggie, great spread! Have you seen Nikku?
Vegeta – Thanks Jess! And now, I don’t believe I have seen him all evening...
Jessie – Oh, I know!

Jessie placed her plate near Venus’ hand.

Jessie – Now Venus, don’t go eating muh food!
Venus – Okay!

Jessie patted the girl on the head and ran upstairs. Venus looked around and quickly gobbled up Jessie’s food. Once upstairs, Jessie located Nikku rummaging around in one of the closets. Smiling, she walked over and picked him up by the back of his shirt.

Jessie – Konichi-Wa, Nikku-Kun!
Nikku – Hai!!
Jessie – You weren’t snooping for the presents were you Nikku?
Nikku – Yes, I mean no, I mean... uh-oh!
Jessie – Don’t you remember what I told you about the Christmas Monster?
Nikku – o_o ...Christmas Monster!?
Jessie – Yes, he takes all your presents away if you snoop around for them and he keeps them for himself!!

Lightning cackled ominously in the background.

Nikku – Nikku won’t search anymore!! I promise!!
Jessie – There’s a good little super excitable fantastic illustrating really hyperactive wonderfully random boy! Now let’s go and get something to eat!
Nikku – Yum food Nikku!

They ran downstairs. That night, everybody was asleep pretty early. All except Nikku that is! The boy was way too excited to sleep. His eyes were wide open all night. The one night that always seems like an eternity! At 7:00am Nikku bounced out of bed and woke everyone up by jumping on their beds. At about 7:45am, everyone was making their way downstairs. Jessie walked into the living room and found Nikku, scampering around, poking, prodding and pawing at all the presents.

Jessie – No Nikku!!

Jessie picked Nikku up by the back of his shirt again, similarly to how a mommy cat picks up her young, and carried him out of the living room.

Jessie – No presents until AFTER breakfast!
Nikku – Breakfast Nikku!
Jessie – That’s the spirit!

However, she found everyone walking straight into the living room.

Jessie – Wh... what’s going on? Where is breakfast?
Vegeta – What are you, insane!? It’s Christmas Day! Stuff breakfast, only the presents matter!
Jessie – Meh, I guess you’re right! PRESENT TIME!!!

Chapter the second – Opening the presents!

Everyone was now in the living room and excitement filled the air. Nikku was the postman and handed out all the presents. For some weird reason, he seemed to know who each present belonged to even without looking at the gift tag. Within minutes, wrapping paper littered the floor.

Jessie got;
- A giant Osaka plushie
- A snowmobile
- A new set of Osaka 2002 knives
- The complete Azumanga Daioh collection (both DVD’s and Manga)
- A gothic Lolita dress

Vegeta got;
- A large DBZ poster signed by the Japanese and Funimation cast
- A huge Vegeta statuette
- A new computer with the fastest internet connection in the universe
- A katana with sheathe
- A letter of thanks from Akira Toriyama for making the DBLAM Protest board, along with a signed picture

Anime Goku got;
- A name tag maker (so he could at least pretend he had a different name)
- A new jacket with Dr. Manhattan on the back
- Vulcan ears
- Watchmen DVD
- X-Men Origins Wolverine for the X-Box 360

Venus got;
- A new set of shiny tap dancing shoes
- A pretty new dress
- A huge fancy bag filled with candy and toys
- A ballerina doll
- A dancer’s survival kit complete with stick, star platform, music CD’s and more

Lol got;
- The new Mecha Gun (75 guns in one)
- A detailed book on famous snipers
- 2 tickets to a sniper’s club holiday
- Chocolate shaped guns
- A special card which allowed him to rent any movie or game from any store, for as long as he wanted

It was also required each year for one person (decided by drawing the name from a hat) to buy everyone an AWFUL crappy nasty present. This year, it was Jessie’s turn. She bought a copy of Dragonball evolution on DVD. Everyone laughed.

Jessie – Hehehe! Don’t worry guys, I didn’t waste a single penny on this piece of ass! It’s just a printed out picture slotted inside a DVD sleeve!

Lol used his new 75 guns in one gun to blast the fake DVD to pieces and everyone cheered.

Jessie – This is like, the best Christmas ever!!
Lol – I know man, thank you everyone, these gifts rock!
Venus – Venus likey her pressies!
Vegeta – Oh yes, this letter’s going straight on the mantle place!
Anime – I’m very satisfied with this!

Jessie looked over at Nikku. There were no presents anywhere near him.

Jessie – Hey Nikku, what did you get?

Nikku looked around, under the tree, all around the tree, but there was nothing. Nothing at all.

Nikku - .........
Lol – Huh? Don’t tell me there aren’t any more presents!?

Nikku’s lower lip trembled and then he started crying like a little baby. Jessie got up and ran up to him. She huggled him.

Jessie – Oh Nikku! I can’t begin to imagine how horrible this must feel! Okay guys, lets all go and enjoy our presents!

And everyone left the room, re-entering it a second later.

Jessie – Nah! We’re just kidding! You can play with our presents today!

Nikku rubbed his eyes and wiped loads of snot from his nose.

Nikku - *SNIFF* Really...?
Jessie – Of course! Here you go!

He handed the boy her Osaka Knives. Nikku smiled and hugged her.

Nikku – Thank you Jessie!
Jessie – That’s alright! We can’t have you being the only one without presents can we? Our presents are your presents!

And so, Nikku played with everyone else’s presents. Lol taught Nikku how to change the function of his 75 guns in one gun and let him run around outside with it. Venus let Nikku rummage around in the huge bag filled with treats and keep whatever he drew. Jessie and Nikku watched a few episodes of Azumanga Daioh. Anime Goku and Nikku made funny name tags and played Wolverine Origins. Vegeta let Nikku swing his katana around and play games on his new computer.

That evening, about 2 hours before dinner was ready, Nikku and Venus were throwing and catching a ball that they had drawn from Venus’ lucky bag. Lol was sitting on the couch, checking up on his new weapon. He was reading the instruction manual for the device.

Lol – “Congratulations on your purchase of the new 75 guns in one gun! We hope you enjoy it. To change what the gun does, simply type in the code using the dial on the side.” AH! So that’s how you do it! Okay, I’ll try Bouncy Ball!

He typed in the code and suddenly, without warning, a huge bouncy ball shot out from the gun, hitting Venus and Nikku’s one, sending it flying into the Christmas tree. Just then, rumbling was heard from the tree and then a few more presents came falling out of it! Nikku’s presents!

Jessie – Hey! Nikku’s pressies! They WERE there!
Anime – Aha! I knew we had bought him presents!
Vegeta – Hehe! Excellent!
Venus – Yay! Presents for Nikku!

Nikku crawled up to the objects wrapped up in brightly colored paper and poked and prodded at them with his index finger.

Nikku – NIKKU PRESENTS!!!

He excitedly began clawing at the wrapping paper whilst laughing happily.

Nikku got;
- A Goku Cosplay costume
- A pet mouse (which he called Nibbler)
- 4 sealed boxes of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards
- A big Mana plushie
- Tekken 6 for the Playstation 3

Although Nikku was very happy to finally find his presents, the first thing he did was offer to share them with his friends. He would never forget their kindness towards him.
