Character sheet.

Character.

Name: Akesamui no Yamairo (Yamairo of the Crimson(Ake) Cold(Samui)
Age: 17
Height: Average
Build: Regular build, but a bit slim.
Hair/eyes: The hair reaches to the neck, and is brown. The eyes are white from the ability(is that ok?)
Race: Human
Clothing: Normal blue jeans, and you're average shirt, with a gray coat that goes down to the knees.. Gloves and a Scarf. I carry two white Desert Eagles, named Cold & Claw and a Sniper named Death Wyvern (it's more equipment, but since there is not equipment section, I post here.)
Personallity: I stay quiet most of the times, but will intervene if the need arises. I can break the fourth wall, I wanna do that XD. I have a habit of yelling out my attacks like in animes, and even name my guns. I never leave a friend behind, and never betray them.

Ability's

Strength level: Mid strength, fast.
Ability list: Cryokinesis of course. Excellent aiming skills. Medical training.

Attacks.
Ice projectiles: A basic attack that forms ice shards to shoot at the target.
Ice wave: Forms an ice wave to shoot at the target. Mid to low results., depending on the effort I put in it.
Ice Shield: Basic ice shield.
Ice Torture(personal favorite): I can freeze body parts solid, but only through physical contact. I use this as a torture method, freezing the body parts and then shattering them. It's not usable in combat since I can't get close enough to the target.
Wound Freezing: I can freeze wounds shut, but it's temporary, since the blood will eventually melt the ice. Unless I freeze the wound solid, but then I can't reverse it.
Gear 2nd: I freeze any substance in my blood except red blood cells, increasing the blood flow, and a giving me super human reflexes and speed. Leaves me unable to clot properly, and risk bleeding out. I'm also vulnerable to infections due to the destruction of the white blood cells. High damage output, but very risky if it doesn't finish my opponents. Named ripped of One Piece of course.
Gear 3rd: I turn parts of my body to ice, and this allows me to constantly heal my wounds, and attack with much more power. I can even fly by controlling the ice body. However, It's dangerous, because if my head his shattered, I die, and it also tires me out fast.

Character story: So, I'm lived in a norther part of the city, and I was you're average teenager...except my father and my mother were both genius surgeons and doctors, and wanted me to follow in their footsteps.
Except, the problem was while I got straight As in biology without effort...I sucked at everything else, so I would never get the average needed for med school (bummer). Then, one day, I'm on the computer watching an episode of some future anime or something, when my dad and om burst in, and start telling me I would never get into med school like this. Then the meteor hit, and the green gas took effect. Both me and my parents lost consciousness.
When I woke up, I found my dad on the floor, passed out with a dangerously swollen leg. Demonstrating the uselessness of math in the really world, I showed mt dad that all those "take your son to work" days weren't a complete loss. I made a vertical cut to relieve the pressure, and then closed the wound with stitches (I rock ass). Just then, I notice my mom is gone. Before I could get around to look for her, some guy with several goons attack the house. As they are about to kill me and my dad, I suddenly freeze all of them with an ice wave. I stand there, in shock, when suddenly, and unseen force hurls me across the room. I hit the wall with significant force, and pass out. Next thing I know, I'm the rubble of my house, and my dad is dead. I don't know how I survived. Anyway, I take a couple of white desert eagles from the goons, which shoot explosive rounds, as well as the sniper from the leader, which as been heavily modified. I then set out to find my mom.

So, is this acceptable. All the actual attacks are basic stuff. The real power is the gears, which have serious draw backs. I think it's balanced

Ability's

Strength level: (Low, mid, high.) (This depends on your persons speed, you can only pick mid or low if your having a super fast character.)
Ability list:

Light Hawk Wings: Wings of light he can use 3 LHW's which gives him six wings it allows him to automtically deflect attacks similar to Doomsday in that aspect. He can deflect attacks and various forms of harm such as growing gills,energy shields. He can also activate LHw's to come up with an attack if facing a fire guy he can fire water and can manifest it as destructive energy blasts most of the time.

Despite their great power they put lots of stress on his body after a while and the more he uses him the longer he can use them.However if he is experiencing extreme emotions the limits are lifted for him to use LHW's full power although he will be seriously injured after doing so.

Tenchi-blade: An energy blade he is capable of creating and fighting with.

Kami Tenchi: This allows him to become the omnipotent Kami Tenchi. He is immune to harm and can't be hurt. He can choose to become omnipresent as well and is Omiscient,

Attacks.



Story: He was an average person till he gained his powers and began fighting crime.

Pretty cool got his powers from the Tenchi series.

Yeah, but it wasn't him. Just some random thugs that work for him, and a sort of semi leader. However, the guy that sent me flying was that other guy, Mike I think his name was.

Yeah Justin ignored my profile It dosen't matter I want to be in a fic with Tenchi powers Justin proboably just won't put me in it though.

I gave him all Tenchi's powers I know you'd never accept him no one ever excepts my strong guys unless I make them balanced or weak lol. He can't go Kami Tenchi on his own till the end.

I see if you watch Tenchi Muyo you'll know how to progress Chu and what about Sly from Ultimate Dragonbal Z at the end he mastered lotrian state so at the END Chulance can master his Kami Tenchi form. see Chulance will only start out with enhanced strength,speed,enhanced stamina/endurance, and skilled sworsmenship. He needs Tenchi Ken a light blue sword made of light.

When do we get involved?

Also, make the LHW do:

Capable of redirecting attacks
Fly
Can create energy blades from the wings

That should be enough.

No, don't bring him than. I do not want LHW nerfed unless I get LHW and omnipotent form Than no don't weaken the unweakable. How about Spiral energy?
