Never been a huge Batman fan, but fuck what a movie. The Joker was fantastic, and the whole movie seem to fit together really well. Everything seemed to be nicely done, it's just awesome.

Simple...you get to see a clown raise hell around a city, pwning Batman, and most importantly, jab a pencil into a guys eyes and say "Why So Seeerious!" In a funny tone.
The movie is so freacking awesome it isn't even funny...well, the Joker makes it funny.

joker was amazing, but my favorite batman film is the 1990's animated Batman movie based on the 90's cartoons series

I've seen the earlier 1990's Batman movies (not including the animated one) and now Dark Knight. So I've seen 4 in total.

a month or two ago I was bored and flipping through HBO and it was on so I watched it, havinh heard it was supposed to be good, and it blew me away. i dunno it was...charming? I can't find the word but it made me feel great

You think everything is horrible just because it isn't exactly like the original show/anime/manga. The Dark Knight and Transformers are great movies.
So they isn't exactly like the original, they being a good movie makes up for it. Open your mind some Chu, accept some changes man.
DBE was merely a failure in every sense of the word, if it was actually enjoyable I might of accepted it, but that movie is a true failure. There is no way you can say the same about these movies.
