Superman,
CP is godly indeed and can wipe out people but not Superman. He has no accesss to krpyonite and nature manipulation is uselesss against Superman as well as his other random powers.
He's strong but Supes tears him apart.

He's in a cartoon.
Cartoon fighters are restricted depending on their rating. Danny Phantom can posssese people he can make humans commit suicide that's not kid friendly.
Captain P can vaporize people instantly with laser beams.
LEGION OF SUPERHEROES! Is the best example! Superman can murder normal humans yet he dosent;.
Although the original cartoons where violent and more bloody.
