Ulq has no demon energy. Neodemon watch the entire YYH series everyone with Hiei then tell me Ulq wins an I'll have you tested for drugs Hiei is a speed guy he's.

Also that's insane Hiei always wins his fights due to speed. He can slash up into tiny pieces before you can even react. His Dragon of the Darkness Flame you mean it didn't take him time by Chapter Black after he mastered it in the DT arc.

I saw the entire YYH series.... (not the manga only the anime)...

My point is, Hiei can be faster, but Ulquiorra is faster as well (there is no away of telling who is faster by just watching the anime, because both of two when moving, they both disappear like the Z warriors..lol)

Hiei's Dragon of the Darkness Flame is powerfull indeed and perhaps it could give Hiei a victory... but in the anime i also saw that attack being stopped with hands.... who knows if Ulquiorra could do the same?

I've seen it and read the manga. Dosen't make a difference although when you read the manga no filler.

Well know we can tell who's faster by watching the anime and comparing speed feats. For example Hiei moves so fast it seems he is teleporting Ulqi does not move at this speed I'll tell you if he moves at the speed of teleportation why does he require a move to teleport?

Now if you tell me an intstance where Ulqi moves as fast as teleportation than do so. DBZ Characters do not"Dissapear" they are simply fighting at speeds faster than the naked eye can see. Anime has combat speed and super speed. For example DBZ fighters can fight fast but their super speed feats are lacking. Flash has speed too much faster than DBZ we compare speed feats.

Based on feats alone Hiei is faster than Ulqi when trapped under that wall Hiei was the only one able to escape the wall and get to the contrl panel without being crushed due to his speed. This happenend in early episodes of the Saint Beasts Arc.

Also Hiei's dragon is deathly powerful it sent Sensie flying into hell or the demon world after Kuwabara cut the Kekkei Barrier in half. Hiei has Jagan eye allowing telekenesis, psionc bolts, memory erasing, and his full demonic form. In his full demon form he can fire multiple dragons however once he became more of a good guy he rarerly used it and used a more safe version of his transformation.

Anyway if he uses full demon he can quickly use multiple darkenss dragons and they can swallow the opponent and destroy them with demonic energy within the dragon so I say Hiei wins.

Hiei's Darkness of the Dragon Flame is a near invincible technique and there are few ways to stop it. Yusuke in the DT saga who was stronger feared the move even though Hiei did not have full control of the techniqe. Later Hiei was swallowed by his own Darkness Dragon and survived point is he's deadly and a powerful foe. He could use the dragon much faster Sensei stopped it due to his sacred energy. So Ulqi can't stop it since Sensui is a planet buster with a mere 10% of his power.

Well, technically, his "teleport move" is not a teleport. It's SPEED! Sonido and flash steps are speed.

I never said Ulquy wins or not, mostly because I don't know YYH. I can only state what Ulquy can do, nothing else, sorry.

No, they are used to move from one distance to another. If a technique is used to transport yourself from one place to another it is not pure speed it. It is a form of fast teleportatino.

Hiei does not use a named technique for his speed he is simply fast my friend. YYH is great you'd like it and it's a strong verse it was debated against DBZ a lot mainly Saiyan Saga- -Freeza Saga.

Flash-steps are a short form of teleportation are they night. So is Sonido Hiei is increadibly fast my friend he is invisible like Goku in the tournmanet saga. He remains invisible when he attacks unless going up against speedsters. He was fast as Yusuke who catch up to a truck moving faster than normal due to being enhanced by demon energy on a bicicyle and YUsuke couldn't pedal to hard or the whole bike would break.

Hiei is the master of speed bullets move in slow-motion to him he is so fast he appears to be teleporting. He can build up friction to escape ice attacks just like Flash easily by the 3rd part of the 1st Saga. And his dragon of the darkness flame is well.....

sorry, but sonido and flash steps are speed. I'm not just arguing this so Ulquy can win, it's just cause they are speed. I have no reason other than the fact I can't stand mistakes in these cases

Fine let's say it's speed do you know how fast Hiei was? In the First saga Yusuke was unable to even beat him he had to use his spirit gun to send it on a mirror so it reflected and Hit Hiei in the back. Nothing could hit him.He faced a cryokinetic and was able to move at super speed while standing on his hands.

Then he revealed he was playing around he built up friction to escape the ice and murdered the cryokinetic demon.

Dude Hiei is much fast.

While nothing like Flash or someeone like that.

His speed is much more impressive then any Bleach feats. Even in the first arc 3rd mini saga he was capable of moving so fast no one could see him and it almost seemed like teleportation. He was capable of wiping out a massive demon army with only his sword and pure speed. With friction alone he was able to escape an ice attack from a cryokinetic demon.

These are early show speed feats, not to mention durability and pure destruction overall.
